Take a picture of you sitting on the bike in your usual riding position. You can use your trainer or whatever is more convenient for you. If you don't have a trainer, you can also lean against a wall or have someone hold you upright. Once you have the picture, upload it and start moving the dotted letters to match your joints like so:
A - shoulder
B - elbow
C - wrist
D - hipE - kneeF - ankle
Tip: to help you position the points, you can stick a small piece of colored electrical take on your joints.
Once you have all the points set up, check the table on the left side to see if the angles fall in the recommended ranges.
Length reference: use the H and Ipoints to mark something in your picture whose length you know. Once you have a length reference marked, input it's actual length in centimeters in the corresponding box. In this way we will know how to measure the rest of the elements in your picture.
